So my exercise has been more intentional during the week and I’m feeling good. My biggest problem is when I’m working the weekend. It’s 3 twelve hour shifts and it’s hard to do any sort of exercise when I’m at home before or after my shift. When I have worn a pedometer in the past I really became conscious of adding extra steps to my day (rather than just sitting if I had a few minutes of downtime).
I did try something new to me last night…my bff and I went to Zumba!! Oh wow what a workout!! It was really fun, felt like dancing, and was a lot of work!! We bought a groupon type package after Christmas and we have 4 more sessions!!
So I feel this week has some good and some bad. I was more consistent with my exercise time and I tried new things. I also realized how little extra movement I do on work weekends. I think I can work with that!!!

Love it! I bought a hula hoop. Gonna try and add some extra movement in and have some fun doing it.
