Vision for a Well Lived Life

by mommakristi on April 9, 2012

Inspired by the words of Ann Voskamp and my desire to show thanks, I decided that my blog (and my life for that matter) needed redirection.  After a few hard years, three babies, negative self talk and unhealthy living, I no longer recognized the person in the mirror.

I decided to take Lent 2012 off blogging for a time to refocus and rediscover my passion.

So now instead of focusing on what I haven’t done or how tired I am, I’m focusing on who I am in Christ.  This simple shift of focus has turned my life upside down (in a good way) and now I recognize what’s most important.  I’ve narrowed this importance down to six key areas of focus- and on this blog, I’ll explore these areas.

I just want time to do my one life well.  -Ann Voskamp (one thousand gifts)

I hope that this journey of wellness on my blog will reflect the journey of wellness going on in my life.  My family and I are traveling a road to more healthy, sustainable living with faith and gratitude.

I love your new focus, and your vision for living WELL.

What a beautiful idea to encourage everyone ‘to define your life with passion and purpose’. LOVE that!
