I’m starting to see a routine work itself out, which is perfect since the next Hellomornings challenge is coming up!!! Here is what’s been working for me!!!
(I am a creature of habit and thrive on routine!!!)
1. Get to bed early!!! (this step is imperative!!!) (and before bed I rock it out if I can get my quiet time basket on the kitchen table and my shakeology measured out)
2. Get up and immediately get dressed for a workout
3. Head to my basement (quiet like a ninja) and hit play as quickly as possible on my Les Mills Pump DVD
4. Quietly return upstairs and fix a recovery shake (shakeology- it’s quick, easy, and quiet to make)
So far so good with the routine. I’m so thankful to get this all in place right now!! My husband is awesome and let’s me get my workout in (if any littles wake up). I’ve been trying to get at least the workout done before anyone wakes up. Then I am able to do my quiet time while a little is watching a DVD or disney.
I’m sure I’ll continue to tweak this routine as the weeks go on. One thing I’ve learned from hellomornings is learn as I go. If something isn’t working….CHANGE IT!!!
The items from beachbody I mentioned (Les Mills Pump and Shakeology) are two of my first tools for fitness that I want to share!! My BeachBody Coach is Rebecca Oaks and I absolutely love her!! As I’ve been flirting with paleo I’ve become interested in Crossfit style workouts. My husband and I thought that Les Mills Pump would be a good way to get started with weights. I hope to talk more about crossfit as I learn more in the future. But if you have any interest in any BeachBody products, please contact Rebecca!!!
I’m linking up my routine with Count Me Accountable over at Must Love God. I’d love if you join us!!
I purchased my beachbody products from Rebecca and I just really enjoy them, which is why I’m giving her a shout out!! No kickbacks, just sharing the love.
Also, if you’re interested in joining me for this summer’s Hellomornings challenge, please leave a comment here and make sure you sign up using the button over here—>
