Sweet Leigh (from Funky Faith Girl) sent me a twitter message last weekend and asked me if I would review her new ebook (which you can buy now for kindle and on monday for nook, I believe).

I hadn’t planned to read any books on marriage this week, but I thought, “why not?” I figured it would be a nice break from the cookbooks and paleo research that I had been obsessed with.

Leigh has bared her soul with this excellent quick read.  Having only met Leigh at a conference and seen her on twitter, I felt like I was talking to a dear friend.

This book is a great reminder about marriage being a cord of three strands and how important it is to keep God at the center of our marriage.  Leigh uses her own story, her very testimony, and shows application that we can all apply to make our own marriages stronger.

As I said, this book is a super quick read and I highly recommend it.  I wasn’t sure how it would apply to my life and marriage (feeling like we’re in a pretty good place), but this book touched my heart and opened my eyes to even more ways to make my own marriage amazing!!

And Leigh is giving a book away to one of my readers!!!  If you would like to enter to win a copy of Frayed to read yourself (and I think you want to!!), please leave me a comment.  Tell me how long you’ve been married!!

This sounds like a great book…we just had our 18th anniversary. (and he forgot! But I love him anyway)
