I’ve actually had lots of motivation this week to work out!! If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter you may have seen these, but I’ve decided I’m going to log them here as well!!!
Wednesday was a rest day (unintentionally) but I’m hoping to get a 3 day on 1 day off rotation of working out. I also hope to repeat the fit test to see if I’m getting any stronger!!
