After way too many weeks of not posting my weekly ins and outs, it’s no secret. Laziness, Diet Cheats, and Vacation got the best of me.
It is with butterflies in my stomach that I announce that I’m going to participate in a Whole30. I’m starting it Tuesday. In September, when we are having the 4×4 Challenge on MLG. I’m crazy, but I’m crazy enough to recognize it is time for things to change.
Whole30 is a strict paleo 30 day challenge. Almost like a cleanse. I’m hoping by taking this challenge, along with the RESET on MLG, I can get where I need to be.
I’m hoping to track my meals both on this blog some, but mainly on Instagram.
One of my favorite rules about Whole30- No stepping on the scales in 30 days…It’s about so much more than weight loss. I will be documenting via pictures and measuring by how my clothes fit.
I’m scared. I’m afraid of failing and messing this challenge up. But most of all I’m afraid of being sick and unhealthy!!

Ok Kristi, I’m intrigued. I downloaded the book on my kindle and am seriously considering a start for a week from today (I’ve got to have time to plan this out well if I’m going to have a prayer at making it happen). Did you sign up for the daily emails or any of the other tools?
