I’m actually finding joy in my daily workouts and finding it make a huge difference in my day whether or not I work out. I found that tracking my workouts via pinterest is actually quite easy, plus it gives me a log of my workouts. So here are my workouts since last week (through yesterday)
I didn’t hit my goal with workouts over the weekend, but I am realizing that I feel much better when I workout on my work days!!! I’ve got a good start to this week and am motivated to get through the weekend!!!
